Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Custom oils are personalized and formulated based on each customer's hair goals, needs, and concerns, and are therefore non-refundable.

Refunds are not available for purchased items. However, if you experience any issues with your order, we encourage you to contact us via our website submission form. We are committed to resolving any concerns you may have.

Damaged or Defective Products

 

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item and we will work with you to find a resolution.

Exchanges

 

At this time, Tikuri Collection does not offer exchanges on any products.
